If the product was received as a free sample, the task may also show as incomplete on TikTok, which can affect your creator stats.
To fix this, simply repost the video and tag the Freezbone product so sales and the sample task can be properly tracked.
If the Freezbone product isn’t tagged in your video, TikTok Shop cannot track the content, and the sample task may appear incomplete.
This can also affect your eligibility for a refund, since TikTok requires the product to be properly tagged in the content.
To resolve this, repost the video and tag the Freezbone product so the system can recognize the content and complete the sample requirement.
